What is the BMC Return/Refund Policy?

As a manufacturer we stand by our work. It is our job to provide the products you want, the way you want them. If there are defects or the product is not up to the agreed upon specifications, then we will strive to remedy the situation. Please read our return/refund policy in detail.

1. No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept any refunds or returns for products unless the item is proven to be defective. Please ensure that you check your order thoroughly upon receipt.
