This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of software applications, websites, and integrations provided by BMC Fashion ("BMC").

By accessing or using our applications, authorized users agree to the terms of this Agreement.

BMC provides software applications supporting manufacturing operations, order management, customer administration, shipping, billing, and financial reporting.

Certain services integrate with third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, to support invoicing and accounting operations.

BMC grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use its applications for approved business purposes.

Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to BMC systems or software.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, providing accurate business information, and using the applications in accordance with applicable laws and authorized business purposes.

BMC applications may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online through authorized API connections.

The integration may create, retrieve, or update customer records, invoices, and related accounting information to support BMC's business operations.

Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms and conditions.

BMC is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit unless expressly stated.

Business information submitted to BMC remains subject to applicable ownership rights and agreements.

BMC processes information as described in its Privacy Policy.

BMC makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable application services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may be modified, temporarily suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

BMC retains ownership of its software, application designs, proprietary processes, documentation, and related intellectual property.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BMC applications are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BMC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its applications.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

BMC may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use, security violations, or material breaches of this Agreement.

BMC may update this Agreement periodically. Revised terms will be posted on its website.

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
